ABOUT THE GIRLS ACADEMY
The Girls Academy (GA) is the leading youth development platform for the best female soccer players in the United States. The GA is the only national youth soccer platform that represents the collective vision of member clubs and actively engages the voice of players to take real ownership in the GA. This collaborative philosophy creates a culture guided by a shared set of core values, which produces an unparalleled experience uniquely designed in the best interest of the players. SNFC will field six GA teams, including U13, U14, U15, U16, U17, and U19 teams that train 3-4 times a week and play a nationwide schedule in the Mid-America Conference. Trainings follow a structured curriculum.

OUR GA PROGRAM
3-4 practices per week with video sessions during the outdoor season, August - October & March - June, then sessions will move indoors and fluctuate based on periodization
Girls Academy teams train at Millard Star & Papillion Landing
Each team will play approximately 15 - 22 league games, including games at National Showcases
Strength & conditioning 2x a week with Warren Academy
GA teams train for 10 months, except for high school level teams

Individual Player Development Plans (IDP)
Exposure to over 200 college coaches at showcase events
Exposure to US Youth National Team scouts/coaches
The 2023/24 season will be the first year of the uniform cycle (two years). Everyone will need to purchase the uniform from Soccer Master. Once teams are formed, managers will send out information on required items to purchase and how to order.
*Uniforms are an additional fee that is paid every two years.
