"Being here in this environment is nothing I ever imagined. Surrounded by my team, the level of talent from across the country, and seeing all the coaches lined field to field... I just can't believe it. I feel lucky to be a part of something so special. I won't forget this feeling as long as l live."

- Sporting Nebraska 2008 player at the 2023 Winter Showcase Norco, CA

In less than a year our Sporting Nebraska teams have built a solid foundation in the Midwest Girl Academy Conference. Going into the end of the season we have three teams looking to make the Champions Cup this summer. At the Winter Showcase our teams went 7-3-2, playing against some of the best teams across the country and with over 65 college coaches in attendance (with repeat staff). The National Talent ID selection is this February where player nominations begin shortly.

The Girl Academy continues to grow and thrive as a leading national platform for women's soccer. As they grow, we grow. That is why we will begin our early player identification process prior to formal tryouts this June. All sessions are FREE and open to all players regardless of state or club affiliation. We will offer both group and individual player assessments.

PLAYERS WILL NEED TO ALSO REGISTER FOR FORMAL TRYOUTS DURING THE WEEK OF JUNE 3RD. THE BELOW SESSIONS ARE PRELIMINARY TRAINING EVENTS.

As a courtesy to other clubs, we recommend players communicate with their current club affiliation and be open/honest about their decision to come to one of our events.
