BOYS ECNL

Sporting Nebraska Boys' is a part of the National Heartland Conference which competes against teams from Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Illinois, and Nebraska. The U13 & U14 teams plays a fall and a spring season, while the U15-U18/19 will play in the fall season due to high school soccer. Along with league play, teams will attend showcase events throughout the year. They will also compete for a playoff opportunity in June to advance to the ECNL National League Finals.


ECNL & RL TEAMS

SNFC will field six ECNL National teams and six ECNL Regional (RL) teams, including U13, U14, U15, U16, U17, and U19, in the Heartland Conference of the ECNL. This conference is compromised of teams in Nebraska, Iowa, Missouri, Kansas, and Illinois.

TRYOUTS AND ID SESSIONS

We will hold tryouts for 2025-2026 the week of June 2nd for our Academy U11-U12 teams and our Competitive U13-U19 State, Regional and Girls Academy National teams. In addition we will host Girls Academy ID Sessions for prior to tryouts four our U13-U19 teams. Dates and times will be released shortly. All details can be found on our Tryouts page.

THE BREAKDOWN​

U13-U19 ECNL Boys:

  • Pre-Season Camp in the summer (3 day camp)
  • League Fee covered for ECNL & RL

ECNL specific:

  • 3x training sessions a week, fall and spring at the CHI MultiSport Complex
  • Training days will be scheduled by the club. Note, training could be as early as 5pm, or have sessions that last till 9:30pm.
  • Winter training: sessions will move indoors and fluctuate based on periodization. Each team is given a set number of training sessions they can use during the winter or spring months.
  • U13/U14 Spring training will be outdoors, then in May U15-U19 will resume (post high school) training through June for teams with games and showcase events
  • Warren Academy (two 6-week programs) - strength and agility


RL specific:

  • 2x training sessions a week, fall and spring at the CHI MultiSport Complex
  • Indoor training sessions to be used from the fall through spring as needed at Omaha Sports Complex
  • USYS Club registration 


PROGRAM COSTS

U13-U19 National Team: $2,625
U13-U19 Regional Team: $2,200

*We offer multiple payment options for registration fees for ease of payment. Registration is done through Playmetrics and options are available at time of registration.

ADDITIONAL COSTS

Uniforms, team fees and travel costs.

*ECNL teams will travel for at least half of their scheduled games as well as to showcase events. Team managers will collect team fees to cover additional team costs including coach travel expenses.
