As the economic impact of Covid-19 continues to impact the Omaha metro area, Sporting Omaha FC is launching a drive-through donation drive to support fellow Omaha non-profits.

The donation site is located at 14706 Giles Road, 68138, at the Omaha Sports Complex. Drop-off is at the front of the building.

The site, which is set up to respect social distancing requirements, will accept items to benefit the following non-profits beginning Thursday, April 9th.

Together Food Drive (www.TogetherOmaha.org)
Together is a homelessness prevention agency. Their drive-through food pantry has gone from serving 150 families per day to more than 700 per day.

Items requested for Together:
Cereal
Juice and juice boxes
Breakfast bars and granola bars
Pop Tarts
Individual serving oatmeal

Football for the World (http://www.footballfortheworld.org)
They work with schools, sports clubs, and community groups to improve the quality of life of children through the game of (soccer) football. Since local schools have moved to e-learning, FFTW has delivered over 100 soccer balls to disadvantaged children in Omaha.

Items requested for Football for the World:
Note: items may be new or gently used.

jerseys, shorts and soccer socks
shin guards
goalie gloves
coaching or field equipment

Drive-through donations will be accepted on the following dates & times:

Thursday April 9th, 9am-1pm
Friday April 10th, 9am-1pm
Saturday April 11th, 9am-1pm

Monday April 13th, 9am-1pm
Tuesday April 14th, 9am-1pm
